A dry blend granular Certified Organic Soy Lecithin with a maximum aerobic plate count of 5,000 CFU/g. Contains a minimum of 50% liquid Organic Soy Lecithin blended with an organic rice maltodextrin as a dry carrier. For use in spice mixes, baking, and other food product applications.
